Once the correct food bill had been selected, proceed by selecting the ‘Loyalty’ button below.

2. Enter Customer Phone No.

Enter the customers phone number to view their loyalty rewards account.

3. Collect or Redeem Points

Here you can collect additional points that can be used later or redeem points instantly to pay off a portion of the bill.

Signing up a new customer

  1. Add products to sale
  2. Add customer to transaction
  3. Click loyalty button above
  4. Enter customer phone number
  5. New customers can complete registration via the link in the text message they will receive

* refunds will reverse the points earned on a transaction

Redeeming rewards

  1. Add customer to transaction
  2. Add products to sale
  3. Click Loyalty > Redeem Reward
  4. Redemption will apply a discount to line item or invoice level
